In addition, you are strictly prohibited from creating derivative works or materials that otherwise are derived from or based on in any way the Resources including montages, mash-ups and similar videos, wallpaper, desktop themes, greeting cards, and merchandise, unless it is expressly permitted by Century Obelisk Ltd in writing. This prohibition applies even if you intend to give away the derivative materials free of charge.
Availability
The availability of the Resources is expected to change from time to time, and from country to country. The quality of the display of the resources has the option to vary from computer to computer, and has the option to be affected by a variety of factors, such as your location, the bandwidth available through and/or speed of your Internet connection. Century Obelisk Ltd makes no representations or warranties about the quality of your instant watching experience on your display.
Geographic Limitation
You has the option to instantly watch the Resources through the offering only in geographic locations where we offer our offering and have licensed such movie or TV show. 4. Customer Care Offering

Century Obelisk Ltd has the option to condition the timing and delivery of Customer care Services in whatever method or manner it chooses, which has the option to include communication via email. In order to take advantage of the Customer care Services, you has the option to be required to purchase additional or different equipment or services from third parties. Century Obelisk Ltd has no obligation to provide any other assistance, customer care maintenance, or other services or to perform any assistance by any other method, such as at your location. If Century Obelisk Ltd, in its sole discretion, agrees to provide any additional services, such additional offering shall be governed by these Provisions and Conditions.
5. Costs and Payment
The applicable costs is expected to be communicated to you through the Services and the Sites. This is a monthly enrollment to the Offering
Your monthly enrollment starts the moment you subscribe to the offering after a 3-day trial of £1.00. If you do not unsubscribe, the Offering is expected to automatically renew on a monthly (30 days) basis and you as the subscriber give permission for a monthly charge / fee of £39.99 via your credit card to occur.
The applicable costs for the recurring monthly enrollment are displayed in your member area and welcome email.
In the event of an unsuccessful recurring payment, Century Obelisk Ltd reserves the right to apply a discounted membership rate, allowing you continued retrieve to the Offering If this discounted rate cannot be processed successfully, a £3.00 administrative fee has the option to be applied to maintain your enrollment until the full or discounted enrollment fee is successfully processed.
Century Obelisk Ltd, within the limits allowed by regulations is not accountable for any inconveniences or damages caused by usage of the particular Payment Method, especially delays or impossibility to make payment. In such case you should complain about those services to their provider, in the manner provided by their provisions and conditions. Internet Retrieve Charges

6. Cancellation
Term
Subscriber has the right to discontinue the enrollment at any time starting from the time the registration was made. For example and without limitation, Century Obelisk Ltd has the option to terminate or suspend your retrieve to the Offering for lack of employ for failure to pay profile costs within the period of time designated by Century Obelisk Ltd; for registering more than one free profile for using multiple free accounts; for maintenance of the Platform or performance of Customer care Services; for failure to follow the rules posted on the Platform or in these Provisions for actions outside these Provisions or for any other reason determined by Century Obelisk Ltd. Unless you have violated the provisions and conditions of the Arrangement if you are a Paid Subscriber a material modification that negatively impacts the Offering or a suspension, discontinuance, or other termination of the Offering or the Arrangement is expected to occur at the end of the current term of the Offering Notwithstanding the foregoing, Century Obelisk Ltd has the option to make a material modification that negatively impacts the Offering or suspend, discontinue, or otherwise terminate the Offering or the Arrangement at any time by refunding you the prorated portion of the costs you have paid for the current term of the Offering through the end of that term. Continuation of the Offering by a Paid Subscriber after any such material modification or suspension constitutes the Paid User's arrangement to waive any claim for any refund of costs
Other Remedies
In addition or as an alternative to termination, cancellation, or discontinuance of the Platform and/or the Offering Century Obelisk Ltd has the option to take whatever action it deems necessary or convenient, in its sole discretion, in the event of your breach of Arrangement Such actions has the option to include, without limitation, suspending your retrieve to the Platform and/or the Offering blocking your IP address, or any other technical or legal means at Century Obelisk Ltd disposal.
Effect of Termination
Upon expiration, termination, cancellation, or discontinuance of the Platform and/or the Offering your right to employ the Platform and/or Offering is expected to cease in the time stated above, and you is expected to have no right to retrieve your profile or any files or other resources contained in your profile although residual copies has the option to be retained in Century Obelisk Ltd system. Century Obelisk Ltd has the option to retain any such files or other resources at its discretion. 7. Refunds
We is expected to process any refund due to you (less any deductions due to us) without undue delay and not later than the earliest of 7 days from the date you notify us of your decision to discontinue Refunds is expected to be credited to your card within a maximum of 14 days from this date. 12. Force Majeure

13. Disclaimer of Warranties
You expressly understand and agree that your employ of the platform and/or the offering is at your sole risk. Century Obelisk Ltd and its suppliers provide the offering "as is" and without any warranty or condition of any kind, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including, but not limited to, the implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, workmanlike effort, title and non-infringement. Century Obelisk Ltd makes no warranty that the platform or the offering is expected to meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, timely, properly stored or delivered, accurate, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, and the quality of any products, services, information or other material purchased or obtained by you through the offering is expected to meet your expectations.
